These terms apply to anyone using our website, community platform, Relationship Map or app, operated by ABM Alliance Limited (12531955), C/O Mgb Accountants - Suite 22 Trym Lodge, 1 Henbury Road, Westbury-On-Trym, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS9 3HQ.

1. Using our services

Use our services lawfully. Do not:

- access accounts or systems without permission, or interfere with how they work;

- copy or scrape member information or content;

- use member details to sell, market or make hiring approaches; or

- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your role.

We may restrict access for anyone who does.

2. Content

2.1 You own what you post, and give us permission to host and display it within The Leadersphere. We will not publish it elsewhere without asking you. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the Code of Conduct.

2.2 Our name, logo, platform and content belong to us or our partners. Do not reuse them without our written permission.

3. Availability and links

We aim to keep our services running but cannot guarantee they will always be available. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

4. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Members' rights are set out in the Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
